Place of delivery
Delivery is possible to almost every branch of the Czech Post.
Customized delivery
You don't have to be in a certain place at a certain time - you can pick up your package at the post office of your choice, and when it's convenient for you.
Special Services
You can also receive a parcel of non-standard dimensions with a page length of up to 200 cm.
Branch change
Through the Change Delivery online app, you can change the post office where you want to pick up your package on the day of delivery after receiving the electronic notification.
Package pickup
Once the parcel is deposited at the post office, it can be collected without the need to prove identity. It is enough to present the pickup code, which the addressee will find in the SMS or e-mail notification. A third party can also collect the parcel.
It is still possible to pick up a parcel by proving your identity, either by giving the counter clerk the parcel number or by giving your mobile phone number or e-mail address (or the address to which the parcel was notified) to ensure that the parcel really belongs to you.
Storage time extension
You can easily extend the storage time at the post office from the standard 7 to 15 days.

You can pay at a ČP branch by card or in cash.
