What is a loyalty programme

Thanks to you we are a successful e-shop and your loyalty is greatly appreciated. We have prepared a loyalty points program just for you, which can be exchanged for a discount certificate for your next purchase. You just need to do a few things ►, so let's do it.

Registration is required to collect loyalty points. If you don't already have a Cobishop customer account, you can easily create one HERE. Log in to your account and you're ready to shop.

For some products, you will find the Loyalty Points: sign and the number of points we will credit to your customer account after the order is processed. The number of products for which you can earn points will continue to grow.

You can find an up-to-date overview of the number of loyalty points you have earned by logging into your customer account and clicking on the My Loyalty Points icon.

Click on the My discount sertificates. Here you can redeem points for a discount certificate by simply dragging the slider, either partially or up to the maximum number of loyalty points. Click on the CREATE DISCOUNT CERTIFICATE button. Your account will generate a certificate code to apply to your next purchase. You can immediately see the certificate value, validity period and minimum order value under the Discount Certificate List text. And you're ready to shop!

Apply the discount certificate in the 1st step of the order by entering the certificate code in the I have a Discount Ceritficate field. Confirm the code by clicking on the INSERT button. The order value will be automatically recalculated. Complete the order in the standard way. Now there is only one final step left. Look forward to the package from Cobishop :-) .
