The shipment will be delivered within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia and within 48 hours to most European countries (cut-off time 12:00).

The GLS delivery service is very reliable. The courier's remuneration also depends on the success of the delivery to the customer.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is paid directly to the courier by card or in cash.
SMS
The morning before delivery, we will inform you of the delivery time window. In the message you will also find the contact details of the courier.
Repeated delivery
It may happen that the courier does not reach you for whatever reason. In this case, GLS will try to deliver your parcel again the next working day. The third and final pukus is on the 5th working day. If even then the parcel cannot be delivered, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
