You know that:
- This tank was captured from the Germans by the Polish Home Army on the morning of August 2, 1944 in the streets of Warsaw, specifically by the Zoska battalion under the command of Waclaw Micuta.
- According to eyewitnesses, the German tank was hit on Okopowa Street by a PIAT anti-tank missile, which damaged the turret. The blinded tank subsequently ran off the road and crashed into a nearby wooden house.
- The Panzer crew was captured. In exchange for safety, the German crew trained Polish soldiers to operate the tank.
- That day, the Polish resistance movement captured a total of three tanks, two of which were in very good condition.
- A great deal of credit for putting the captured tanks into operation went to the Polish mechanic, a volunteer of the armored platoon "Wacek" Jan "Lumenski" Uniewski.
- The captured Panther was officially named "PUDEL" in honor of the fallen officer Tadeusz Tyczyński, but the crew did not call it anything other than "Magda".
- The crew of the Polish Panther was usually up to 6 members.
- A prominent member of the crew was also an exceptionally capable driver, whom the others called "Rough" due to his nature (in our country it would probably be Pepin).
- After minor repairs, the crew tested the tank by firing at a German machine gun nest in the tower of the Church of St. Augustine. The nest was destroyed after two shots.
- During heavy fighting in Warsaw, the tank was damaged on August 11, 1944, and the crew decided to destroy it.

From Waclaw Micuta's memoirs of the first days of the Warsaw Uprising:
"Thanks to the excellent mechanics, the captured tanks were quickly put into operation. The spontaneously formed rebel Panzer crew, hastily trained by captured Germans, needed to test their shooting. It came at exactly the right moment. The Germans had set up a machine gun nest in the high tower of the St. James Church, which had the potential to thwart all our attempts to advance. The first shot missed the target, but it attracted the attention of almost all German units. The second shot hit the German position with the accuracy of an experienced marksman."
